An independent educational publication about Australian family law, written with Gold Coast and Queensland local context. It is complementary to Online Family Lawyer, a national education desk. Neither site is a law practice.

Jurisdiction

We frame the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) carefully and note Western Australia’s different court structure. We do not invent section numbers, regulations or Gold Coast by-laws about divorce. Confirm current text on the Federal Register of Legislation and current procedure on official court sites.
