A desk, not a chambers

Gold Coast Family Law is an independent educational publication about Australian family law as it is lived between the hinterland and the NSW border. It is not a law practice, not a barristers’ chambers, and not a booking or referral service.

The 2024 public archive for this domain was a thin shell. We did not invent heritage case studies, success rates, or a Principal Lawyer biography to fill the gap. The information architecture is greenfield and honest about that.

A national companion — same honesty rules, wider syllabus — is Online Family Lawyer. Use that desk when you want Australia-wide explainers. Use this one when the question is “is Southport the family court?” or “where is Legal Aid on the Coast?”
